基于PLC对天塔之光的设计

摘要:本文介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对天塔之光的控制,阐述了控制方案。实现天塔之光功能的方式有多种,可以采用早期的模拟电路、数字电路或数模混合电路。今年来随着科技的飞速发展,单片机、PLC的应用不断走向深入,同时带动传统的控制检测技术的不断更新。本文采用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-64MR型PLC作为核心控制器进行天塔之光系统的设计。同时根据天塔之光的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入输出分配,并进行现场调试。

1 PLC的概述
PLC的简介
PLC定义:可编程控制器是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,专为在工业环境下应用设计。它采用了可编程序的存储器,用来在其部存储和执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数和算术运算等操作命令,并通过数字式和模拟式的输入和输出,控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。可编程控制器及其有关外围设备,都按易于与工业系统联成一个整体、易于扩充其功能的原则设汁。”
上世纪80年代至90年代中期,是PLC发展最快的时期,年增长率一直保持为30~40%。可编程序控制器是应用而最广、功能强大、使用方便的通用工业控制装置,自研制成功开始使用以来,它己经成为了当代工业自动化的三大支柱之一。
