摘要
普通高校试办高水平运动队是我国多形式、多渠道、多层次培养优秀体育人
才的一项重要战略措施。我篮球运动队,作为我运动队的重要组成部分,经过二十年多年的实践和探索,积累了一些经验,
并取得了一定的成就。随着 CUBA和大超联赛不断发展和日渐成熟,我篮球队的竞技能力水平不断提高,但是,甘肃省身处西北地区,经济发
展相对落后,省内高校高水平篮球队的发展速度远远滞后于其他省份,篮球队竞
技能力水平也相对落后。
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对兰
州大学、西北民族大学和西北师范大学三所学校的篮球队进行了研究分析。结果
显示:甘肃省普通高校高水平篮球队在办队过程中出现了校领导重视程度不够、
经费短缺、招生政策不灵活、生源数量少、水平低、运动员的学习和训练存在矛
盾、办队形式单一、竞赛制度不完善、缺乏科学训练等问题。因此,对甘肃省普
通高校高水平篮球队进行全面分析,并给出相应的发展对策,对提高我省普通高
校高水平篮球队的竞技水平,缩小与外省队伍之间的差距具有深远的意义。

Abstract
It is an important strategy in various forms,various channels and various levels
mon college to run pilot high-level team. mon college high-level
basketball team,as one of sports team in our country,has obtained enough experience
and acquired certain achievements after practicing for 20 years. With CUBA and
Great Premier League increasingly developing and mature,the practical skill in
high-level basketball team will gradually go up and , as Gansu lies in the
northwest with poor economy, the developing speed of native basketball team as well
as practical skill falls behind farther than other provinces.
This paper analyses basketball teams in Lanzhou University, Northwest
Nationality University and Northwest Normal University by the methods of
documents,questionnaire survey, expert interview and data turns out that
many problems coexist in setting up teams such as: school headers' poor attention,
lack of funds, inflexibility of enrolling policy, poor student resource and talent,
paradox between athletes' training and study, single managing of team, imperfect
competition role and lack of scientific
