摘 要
矿井提升机是矿山井下生产系统和地面工业广场相联接的枢纽，是矿山运输的咽喉。因此，矿井提升机在煤炭运输行业占有极其重要的地位。其中多绳摩擦式提升机式现在使用最多的提升设备。
多绳摩擦式提升机是由安装于提升机摩擦轮(主导轮)筒壳上的摩擦衬垫来驱动钢丝绳，它是提升载荷的一个非常重要的零件，其摩擦性能的好坏，直接影响着提升机的工作能力、工作效率和安全性等。因此摩擦衬垫的选择主要应该有以下特点：一是摩擦性能要好，即与钢丝绳对偶的摩擦系数要高而稳定；二是不能损伤钢丝绳，即衬垫的硬度应低于钢丝绳。围绕这两个特点，选用聚氯乙烯为摩擦衬垫。摩擦提升机是靠摩擦衬垫与钢丝绳之间的摩擦力来传递动力, 由此可能出现滑动事故。因此必须进行防滑验算。制动系统是提升机不可缺少的重要组成部分, 是提升机最后一道也是最关键的安全保障装置, 制动装置的可靠性直接关系到提升机的安全运行。本文对制动器进行设计。摩擦轮是多绳摩擦式提升机的主要承载部件，在这次设计中采用经验公式对摩擦轮壳进行验算与校核。制动器是这次设计中的一个重要工作。
