　　【摘要】目的 觀察评价艾条灸配合中医定向透药治疗瘀血腰痹型腰椎间盘突出症（腰痛病）患者中医康复护理效果。方法 选取我院中医科2018年01月～2020年05月间接受治疗的瘀血腰痹腰痛病患者68例，随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组接受电针灸联合中药热敷常规治疗方法，观察组实施艾条灸配合中医定向透药中医护理康复治疗方法。1次/d，5次/周，10次/疗程。对比评价2疗程后两组疗效，包括腰腿疼症状改善情况、腰腿疼痛等级（长海痛尺）评分、腰椎功能JOA评分和治疗显效时间。结果 治疗前，两组腰腿疼痛等级和JOA评分比较无明显差异，差异无统计学意义（P>）;治疗后，两组腰腿疼痛症状及腰椎功能均有明显改善，但观察组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;观察组疼痛等级评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;观察组治疗后各时间段JOA评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）。观察组治疗显效时间明显早于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 艾条灸配合中医定向透药中医护理康复治疗瘀血腰痹型腰痛病患者的临床疗效明显优于电针灸联合中药热敷常规治疗方法。
