去哪儿网商业模式研究
摘 要
目前,我们处丁信息爆炸的时代,网络的兴起为传统旅游业的发展带来的新的契机, 中国网民数量日益增多,旅游潜在市场巨大,同时中国旅游类网站数目众多,但是适应 社会发展,给客户提供最优质服务的网站并不多,去哪儿网作为旅游界的新生创新者和 领导者,在成立的短短几年内,就突破了旅游界的龙头老大携程网一家独大的局面,因 而研究其商业模式,对丁改进现有商业模式有着重要的理论与现实意义,同时也有利丁 整个旅游行业的发展。
论文共包括六章,主体部分为二,三,四,五章。第一章是对商业模式概念的描述, 并分析了商业模式对企业的重要性,最后总结出商来模式的定义。论文第二章介绍去哪 儿网的价值主张构建,价值主张:即公司通过其产品和服务所能向消费者提供的价 值。价值主张确认了公司对消费者的实用意义。通过细分去哪儿网的目标客户, 来确定其价值主张。第三章主要介绍企业的核心产品,即企业能够提供的产品和 服务。以此来吸引目标群体进行购买决策。第四章,企业的资源系统构建,即企 业是如何传递其核心价值,可以通过企业自身的资源,也可以通过合作伙伴网络 方式来获取资源。论文第五章介绍如何构建企业收入模式,即公司通过各种收入 流来创造财富的途径。 去哪儿网的收入模型所括洒店佣金, 广告收入,机票佣金,
旅行社佣金等等。

Abstract
At present, we are in the era of information explosion, the rise of the network brought new opportunities for the traditional tourism ,with the growing number of Internet users in China, there has a huge potential market for tourism, while there are so manyChinese tourist class website, but few to adapt to social development, provides the most high-quality service to the customer the website not to be many,"" as a innovator and leader of the tourism industry,in several years, made significant progress ,hence it has important theoretical and practical significance to research and evaluate the tourism enterprise business model as well as improving and perfecting the existing business model ,also it is conductive to the development of the tourism industry.
This article includes six chapters, the main part are the second, third, fourth and fifth. Chapter .The first chapter is the introduction, include business model concept, component elements and key points must be understood, and then analyzes the importance of the business model construction, finally summarizes the online business model definition. Through the analysis of the market to the network. The second chapter introduces the value position of the business model. Combining the discoveries of the demand unsatisfied the network's localization of target will be subsequently defined. The third chap
