基于激励理论的电力工程建设项目人力资源管理研究.pdf

摘 要

论文在借鉴国内外激励理论的基础上，应用项目管理理论、项目人力资源管理理论
和员工激励理论，对我国电力工程建设项目人员的激励问题进行了研究。首先，论文分
析了电力工程建设项目与一般工程建设项目的区别以及一般工程建设项目组织与项目
组织的区别，从而说明项目管理员工激励的特点和建立基于工程项目的员工激励模式的
重要性。其次，在借鉴国内外激励理论的基础上，通过对电力工程建设项目内外环境的
分析以及对项目组织成员的分类，分析了电力工程建设项目组织成员的主导需要，并说
明不同的项目组织成员在需要结构上的差别。第三，电力工程建设项目人员的全过程激
励研究。最后，对电力工程建设项目激励管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了对策。

ABSTRACT

The stimulation mechanism of China power project build project staff is discussed in this
thesis based on the reference of in stimulation theories and the implication of project
management theory, project personnel management theory and employment stimulation
theory. First, it is analyzed the difference between a power engineering project, a general
construction project. It will explain the motivational characterizes of project management
staff and how important to build the employment stimulation system grounded on project
management. Second, this thesis analyzes the surrounding environment of power engineering
project and classified project organization staff. It is explain the difference on demand
structure of various project organization staff through analysis of power engineering project
staff’s key needs. Third, power engineering project all processor stimulation research is
carried on the ground of synthetically model of incentive mechanism on the interrelated
factors. And finally, the policy the solve power engineering project is argued.
