摘要：以对甲氧基苯胺为原料，经 3 步反应合成了胰岛素增敏剂噻唑烷二酮类药物的关键中间体 5-（4-羟基苄
基）-2，4-噻唑烷二酮，总收率 20. 4% ，其结构经1 H NMR 确证。

Abstract：The important intermediate for the synthesis of insuIin sensitizer，5-（!-hydroxybenzyI）-thi-
azoIidine-2，4-dione，was prepared from !-methoxyaniIine by a three-steps reaction in 20. 4% overaII
yieId. The structure was confirmed by
