摘要
护理学是一门实践性很强的学科，特别是产科，直接关系到母婴的生命平安。因此护理人员在工作的过程中必须要标准自身的护理行为，加强责任心，最大限度的满足患者的各种合理要求。
这篇文章，将谈论如何通过自身的优质效劳在患者心目中树立起良好的形象，减少和控制医患纠纷的产生，维护好自身的合法权益。护理人员也可以通过自身专业的理论知识、专业的效劳技能为产科的患者提供优质的全程效劳，才能够更好的保障患者的生命平安，减少护理纠纷的发生，提升对患者的效劳质量，改善患者的生存质量。
