汽车整体式动力转向器的设计
摘 要
转向系作为现代车辆的重要系统之一，其主要作用是保证车辆按驾驶员设想的轨迹运动。转向器作为转向系最为重要的组成局部，其性能的好坏不仅直接影响转向灵敏度，而且对车辆的平安性也有重要影响。整体转阀式动力转向器作为目前应用最为广泛的转向器，不但构造紧凑，便于在车辆上的布置，而且转向轻便、灵活，有效减轻了驾驶员的疲劳，提高了车辆行驶的平安性。
本文以重型载货汽车为对象，为其设计了一种转向器总成，该转向器采用整体式循环球转向器，由液压进展助力，用转阀进展控制。然后依据载货汽车的参数，围绕整体转阀式转向器进展设计，计算和校核了主要构造件，优化了转阀刃口形式，完成了转向液压回路的设计。

The Design of Automotive Integral Power Steering
Abstract
The steering system, as one of the important modern vehicle systems, is mainly to ensure that vehicles shall move as drivers assume. The power steering is the most important part of this system, whose performance doesn't not only influence the agility of steering directly but only plays a vital role in security of vehicles. The integral power steering which is the most widely applied power steering, is not only compact confirmed that is convenient to be installed in the car but also turns lightly and flexibly that can reduce drivers’ tiredness efficiently and increase security of driving.
In this paper, I design a power steering for the heavy freight cars. The steering using recirculating ball steering assisted by hydraulic power, controlled with a rotary valve. Then according to the data of freight cars, I begin to design with the rotary valve power steering, calculate and proofread major parts of the power steering, optimize the pattern of rotary valve cutting edge, accomplish the design of circuit for hydraulic steering.
