1 作者简介: 张建康( 1989- ) ,男,陕西佳县人,学士,助工,从事遥感分析与气候资源开发利用工作基于 ArcGIS 的榆林市暴雨灾害风险区划张建康李强王云万慧马锋(陕西省榆林市气象局陕西榆林 719000 ) 摘要:应用陕西省榆林市 12县区气象站及所属 162 个区域自动气象站 1951 ~ 2012 年暴雨资料进行归纳统计,按照百分位法划分暴雨等级,结合全市年降水量分布特征及地形、经济、人口等资料确定暴雨灾害区划因子;应用 arcgis 技术对各项区划因子进行小网格模拟计算,并赋予于不同的权重,通过综合运算得到榆林市暴雨灾害分布图,应用 gis 的自然断点法及经验订正法,将全市暴雨灾害划分为高风险、次高风险、中风险、次低风险及低风险 5 个等级。区划结果表明:榆林市北部府谷、神木县和南部子洲、吴堡县暴雨多发,灾害风险等级最高;西部定边、靖边暴雨最少,灾害风险等级最低。关键词:暴雨灾害;区域自动气象站; GIS 技术;风险区划 Yulin Storm Disaster Risk Zoning Based on ArcGIS A bstract: Summarizes the Storm Data from 1951 to 2012 of 12 counties ’ Weather station and their 162 regional automatic weather stations in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, divided the rainstorm level according to the percentile method, combined with the city's annual precipitatio n distribution characteristics and topography, economy, population infor mation determine the the storm disasters zoning factor, Small grid si mulation the zoning factor by ArcGIS, and give different weights, get the distribution of rainstorm disaster in Yulin city prehensiv e operation. Division of the rainstorm disaster into 5 grade by natural breakpoint method and empirical correction method.
