县级综合医院服务能力建设标准
一、业务用房
根据服务范围和人口合理配置床位，床位数应达到100张以上。门（急）诊部、住院部、医技科室、保障系统、行政管理和院内生活用房等七项设施的床均建筑面积指标为60平方米/床，全院业务用房不低于6000平方米。预防保健用房的建筑面积，应按编制内的每位预防保健工作人员20平方米配置。
二、设备配置
基本设备（19项）：12道心电图机、多参数心电监护仪、除颤起博器、无创呼吸机、急救呼吸机、多功能抢救床、便携式B超、电动负压吸引器、全自动洗胃机、空气净化消毒机、离心机、二级生物安全柜、双目生物显微镜、生化培养箱、血气分析仪、血沉仪、血糖仪、尿分析仪、四通道凝血仪。
重点设备（16项）：中心监护系统（中心台＋4床以上）、动态心电分析仪（Holter）、肺功能分析仪、血液透析机、自动生化分析仪（≧150测试/小时）、血液分析仪、酶标分析仪、冷冻切片机、数字X线机、移动式X线机、预真空高压锅、高压氧舱、化学气体消毒柜、内窥镜清洗消毒机、救护车、焚烧炉。
三、人员配置
病床与工作人员配置比例为：300床位以下的按1：－1：；300－500床位的按1：－1：。
