First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to my supervisor Zhang
Zhifang, who spent lots of time and energy in supervising and instructing me on the
early outline. She gave me insightful advice in choosing the research project, and
guided me in every step I have been through. Besides, her encouragement gave me
strength to try my best to do the research well. With much of her help, this thesis
could finally be accomplished.
