南方某铀矿80tU/a堆浸工艺设计
摘要：本设计是南方某铀矿堆浸工艺设计，根据室内柱浸试验设计了堆浸工艺。该矿山堆浸场年处理为70000吨左右铀矿石。根据当地地形地貌，堆浸场依山而建。矿石为中等可碎性矿石，原矿最大粒度大于300mm，%，采用酸法浸出。破碎流程采用三段一闭路破碎流程；筑堆方法选择前进式筑堆法筑堆；布液方式选择固定喷淋。浸出周期为60天，卸堆后的废渣经处理后堆入尾矿库，或者作为井下充填料。

The Heap Leaching Process Design of producing 80 tons of uranium per year in a south uranium mine
Abstract：The design is the heap leaching process design of a uranium mine in the south,the heap leaching process was designed across to the experiment of indoor column mine handle 70000 ton of uranium one of a year. According to the local topography,the heap leaching field was builded in hillside ore are of medium broken, maximum size is 300mm, the average uranium grade of the ore is %,acid is adopted in heap fragmentation process is made up of three phase and one closed circuit,The means of depositing the heap leaching pile is using slope pile construction method. The leaching cycle is 60 days,After leaching, the tailing ore is sent to mine-tailing-dam, as filling material.
