摘 要

城市公园作为一个公共开放空间，可以作为市民和游客放松心情、享受生活、
游乐玩耍的场所。但是，我们现在的生活水平越来越高了，随之，公园的内容和功
能也发生了变化,使公园的使用有一些问题。为了使城市公园更好地为游客服务，基
于公园与使用者的关系，以呼和浩特市草原丝绸之路文化公园作为调查对象，采用
了文献研究法、观察法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法等方法，对来园者的性别、年龄、
职业、来园目的、来园交通方式、来园频率及时间段、来园停留时间、浏览方式、
来园理由、常去区域、标牌是否清晰、设施可否满足需求、希望增加设施、园内安
全感、满意度等进行调查，得出了该公园自然环境优美、可达性良好、安全性好等
优点；但同时，园内设施包括直饮水、遮阳遮雨设施缺乏，座椅等数量和位置存在
缺失和不足，且安全方面存在一些问题，另外，公园的文化教育和宣传作用急需加
强。将使用评价理论应用于城市公园，寻找公园在设计和管理中存在的问题，并提
出相应的优化建议，对今后城市公园的建设有所帮助有所影响。

Abstract
As a public open space, the city park provides citizens and tourists with a place for
recreation. However, with the improvement of people’s living standards, the contents and
functions of the park have also changed, causing problems in the use of the park. In order
to better serve the tourists in the urban park, based on the relationship between the park
and the users, Grassland Silk Road Cultural Park in Hohhot was used as the survey object,
and the literature research method, observation method, questionnaire survey method,
and interview survey method were adopted, gender, age, occupation, purpose of coming
to the park, way of coming to the park, frequency and time of visiting, visiting time, way
