页眉... 页脚. 深圳动物园 15 株肺炎克雷伯氏菌耐药性的检测动物医学院动物医学唐春成(指导老师:杨光友教授) 摘要:目的:了解深圳动物园黑猩猩等 10 种灵长动物肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药特性及趋势, 指导临床合理用药。方法:用 K-B 纸片扩散法做药物敏感试验。结果:检测的 15 株肺炎克雷伯氏菌对 21 种抗生素的药敏结果显示,对萘啶酸、氨苄西林、羧苄西林和四环素的耐药率最高,均为 100% ;其次为磺******异恶唑、头孢唑啉(先锋霉素 V )、多西环素和多粘菌素 B,其耐药率分别是 % 、% 、80% 和80% ;对环丙沙星、阿奇霉素、诺***沙星、头孢呋新、加替沙星、奈替米星和磷霉素的耐药率分别是 % 、% 、60% 、 60% 、% 、% % ;对头孢西林和呋喃妥因的耐药率均为 40% ;对头孢噻肟、亚***硫霉素和阿米卡星的耐药率分别为 % 、% 和20% ;菌株对拉氧头孢钠的耐药率为 0。结论:该地区肺炎克雷伯氏菌所引起的疾病治疗的首选药氧头孢烯类,其次可合理选用第三代头孢菌素、氨基糖甙类、碳青霉烯类、呋喃类药。关键词:肺炎克雷伯氏菌;耐药性;检测 Resistance testing of 15 bahts Klebsiella Pneumoniae in Shenzhen zoo Tang Chuncheng Veterinary , Grade2006 Directed by Yang Guangyou ( professor ) Abstract : Objective: To understand the Shenzhen Zoo chimpanzees and other 9 primates Klebsiella pneumoniae ‘s resistance characteristics and trends to guide clinical use of drugs.
