摘要
21 世纪的中国正处于一种高速发展的变革时期,外部环境的急剧变化给高等
教育提出了更高的要求和巨大的变革压力。学科建设是一项关系大学发展的基础
建设,体现了一所学校的办学水平。对学科建设进行深入的探讨和研究是十分必
要的。本文因此运用生态学的生态位理论、多样性理论和竞争理论研究大学学科
建设。
首先分析了大学学科系统的生态特征,基于学科系统的系统特征、结构特征、
功能特征等生态特征来构建一个模拟生态系统──大学学科生态系统。其次,对
大学学科系统的生态位进行了分析,提出了大学学科系统的生态位模型,并研究
了大学学科生态位的重叠现象及我国大学学科生态位的错位和高度重叠现象,最
然后,分析了大学学科生态系统中的四种多样性形态──物种的多样性、遗传的
多样性、结构的多样性、功能的多样性,深入探讨了学科生态系统的多样性与稳
定性的关系,分析了学科建设认识的紊乱和学科的过度多样化等问题。再次,从
学科之间的共生和竞争关系提出了基于竞争理论的学科建设目标:正确认识学科
之间的生态关系和促进学科生态系统的协同进化,在对学科系统生态关系认识的
基础上分析了我国大学学科建设的相关问题。最后,从生态位、多样性和生态关
系三个方面来研究学科生态系统的建设,提出解决相关生态问题的策略。

Abstract
China of 21st century is in innovational period of high speed development, The
sharp changes of external environmentn offered a high demand and the pressure of
transformation to the higher education. Subject instruction is the infrastructure
construction of university development,which is embodied in the level of running
school. Further into the development and research for discipline construction is needed.
Therefore,this article applied niche theories, diversity theory and rival theory in
ecology to discipline construction in universities.
