原创通过答辩毕业设计说明书论文 QQ 194535455 摘要我国是农业大国,水稻生产机械化对水稻种植至关重要,水稻联合收割机是实现水稻收割机械化的重要工具。联合收割机是将收割机和脱粒机用中间输送装置连接成为一体的机构,使用水稻联合收割机进行收获,则可以一次性完成收割、脱粒、清选及装袋等过程,不仅大大提高了收获效率,降低了收获成本,而且损失率仅为 1% ~5% ,节省了人力物力,大大减轻了农民的负担,这促使我们希望水稻收获能全面的机械化。本课题是针对联合收割机行走系统进行探讨,研究和设计。本论文首先说明了研究此课题的意义,介绍了联合收割机的发展历程、现状、未来发展方向及国内外联合收割机的动态;然后对其设计总体布局方案,进而再对行走机构进行方案论证;待确认方案后,就其主要部件进行设计计算与校核,其中包括柴油机的选择和安装,机架,连杆, 履带,驱动轮,支重轮,张紧装置的设计和计算;最后整理,分析,校对设计的参数, 看看是否满足生产要求,并总结本课题的特点和不足。关键词: 联合收割机,行走系统,机架,驱动轮,连杆,履带原创通过答辩毕业设计说明书论文 QQ 194535455 II Abstract China is an agriculture country in the world, and rice planting mechanization is very important for agriculture. bine harvester is an important tool to achieving rice planting mechanization. Combine harvester isa machine using harvester and thresher with a transportation . bine harvester can finishes harvesting, threshing, cleaning and bagging all at once. Itnot only improves work efficiency, reduces the costs, but also solves the manpower and material resource s, reduces the burden of farmers. All those urge us want to make r ice e true. The topic of thesis is about the walking system bine harvester, how to discuss, research and design it is the key of this thesis. This thesis illustrates the significance of the researching th is topic, introduces the development, current situation , future direction and the tendency in domestic and overseas bine-harvester .T hen design the g eneral layout plan and argue its traveling mechanism .W hen the project is approved, we should c alculate and check the mainly parts, including the choose and install of the diesel, f rame, connecting rod ,t rack, driving wheel, roller and the design and calculation of tensioning device .F inally, c ollect, analy ze and check the design parameter to figure out whether they are fit with the production requirement s, and then conclude the characters and disadvantages of this thesis.
