In order to study the absorption mechanism,electron microscope scanning, infrared spectrum and adsorption icsanalysiswere used. (1)Preparation technology. The preparationconditions were chosen through orthogonal experimentand single factor experiment. The pyrolysis temperaturewas500℃,The ratioof dewatered sludgeand blast furnace slagwas 6:4, the particle sizewas about the pyrolysis timewas . The iodine number of the sludge-based adsorbentwas mg/g. Its yieldwas % and specific surface areawas 2/g. (2)Performance analysis. The adsorbentwas used to treatthe simulatedheavy metal wastewater. The removal rateof the sludge-based adsorbentto Pb 2+was increasing with the time, pH and the increase of dosing it tended to removal rateof the sludge-based adsorbentto Pb 2+could get % in a condition of that the temperaturewas 25℃,pH was 5,initial concentrationof Pb 2+was 40mg/L, absorber dosage was 3g/L, absorbertime was 60min. (3)Mechanism surface characteristic analysis, infrared spectrumand pore characteristics analyzerto analyses the adsorbent which made under proper preparation conditions.
