黄芪叶对损伤胰腺的保护作用张宇,李进京,孙红岩, 苏明(佳木斯大学化学与药学院,生物药制剂省级重点实验室,佳木斯 154007 ) ( 省级重点实验室支持项目) 摘要: 目的考察黄芪叶对大鼠胰腺损伤的保护作用。方法采用胰被膜下浸润法制备大鼠胰腺炎模型,分别观察空白对照组、模型组、治疗组和阳性对照组 6h,12h,24h 大鼠血清淀粉酶含量;观察胰组织光镜下病理改变情况,统计大鼠 48h 存活率。结果治疗组在 12h 和 24h 血清淀粉酶分别由(3510 ± 69) 和(4282 ± 59 ) 降至(2688 ± 69 ) 和(2950 ± 63 ),治疗组与模型组比较 P< ,与阳性对照组比较 P> ;胰组织光镜下病理切片显示,治疗组与模型组比较 P< ,与阳性对照组比较 P> 。结论黄芪叶对大鼠胰腺损伤有保护作用,可明显降低血清淀粉酶含量和大鼠死亡率。关键字: 黄芪叶;胰腺炎;淀粉酶 Protective Effect of Astragalus membranaceus Leaves on Injured Pancreas ZHANG Yu , LI Jin-jing , SUN Hong-yan , SU Ming ( Chemical and Pharmacy College of Jiamusi University , Key Labortory of Biological Medicine Formulation ) ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of Astragalus membranaceus Leaves on the injured pancreas in rat. METHODS A model of injured pancreas was induced by retrograde injection into the pancreastic duct. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, Astragalus membranaceus leaves group and Qingyanlidan Grains group, their plasma levels of amylase were determined in 6h,12h,24h. Changes of the pancreastic histology were examined under light microscopy and the survival rates of the four groups were calculated.
