苏州大学硕士学位论文牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱的工艺及产品性能研究姓名:王秋霞申请学位级别:硕士专业:纺织工程指导教师:冯岑 20071101 牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱的工艺及产品性能研究摘要牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱的工艺及产品性能研究摘要牛奶纤维是一种新型的再生蛋白质纤维,主要成份为蛋白质。牛奶纤维集天然纤维(棉、毛、麻、丝)和化学纤维的优点于一体,它不仅具有化学纤维的强度高、收缩小、防霉、防蛀的品质,又具有天然纤维亲肤、吸湿、透气、染色好、色牢度高等优点。其手感柔软,光泽柔和、优雅。经研究发现,牛奶蛋白纤维所含的蛋白质对人体皮肤有良好的营养和保护作用。牛奶纤维面料不仅有牛奶纤维的滑润,而且细腻、柔软、透气,是制作高档针织内衣、睡衣、春夏季时装、贴身T恤衫的理想面料。本课题通过对牛奶纤维性能的了解测试,将牛奶纤维与棉、竹、天丝、莫代尔等混纺,并对混纺纱机织物和针织物的性能进行测试分析,研究了牛奶纤维机织物和针织物服用性能与结构的关系。对纺织企业开发新产品及提高产品附加值有一定的指导作用。本课题的主要研究内容:通过测试牛奶蛋白纤维的长度、线密度等物理机械性能, 观察纤维的纵横截面,全面掌握原料特性,对纺织工艺制定具有指导作用;根据产品的定位,合理设计纱线的线密度、织物组织、密度等;根据牛奶纤维的性能特点,进行纺纱前的预处理和纺织加工:测试产品的性能,并和其它纤维织物的性能进行对比分析,以全面掌握牛奶纤维织物的性能特点。 I关键N]-牛奶纤维产品开发性能测试混纺纱综合评判作者:王秋霞指导老师:冯岑 Study the Process and properties oftheMilk Protein blending yarn Abstract Study theProcess and properties oftheMilk Protein blending yarn Abstract The milk protein fiber is a new kind ofregenerated protein fiber,which ponent milk protein fiberhasthegood performances ofthenaturalfiber andthechemical fiber,on one side,it hasthehighintensity,littleshrinkage,anti-bacteria, mothproofing asthechemicalfiber,on theotherside,it’smoistureabsorption,permeability, dying,color fastnessare硒good舔the natural fiber,which hassoft handle and tender thatthemilk protein fiberhasthegood nutritionand protection for thepeople’S skin.
