Survey on the metal mercially available
soybean in Jinzhou

Abstract—The content of metal in mercially soybean was
investigated in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, such as C. Sample results expression
Mn,Cu,Mg,Zn,Ca,Co,V,Pb,Cr and Cd. The sample was digested The pollution situation of the metal in the bean products
with nitrate and high-chlorine acid. The content of the metal was were analyzed. The maximum levels of the contaminants in
determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The foods were showed in TABLEI.
results showed that the content of Mn,Cu,Fe,Mg,Zn,Ca,Co and V
was rich. While the content of Pb, Cr and Cd of the partial
