Our government should start building various facilities such as sewage treatment!plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce the pollution of water.

芄 我们急切呼吁采取措施改变这种状况。 政府应当建立各种设备， 例如污水处理厂， 并且鼓 励科学家们想出更多更好的办法以减少水污染。
