摘要:鉴于我国上市公司股利分配政策存在着各种不规范问题,并且股利政策作为公司财务决策的一个重要组成部分,在我国上市公司财务活动中占据着重要地位,因此,怎样规范和处理我国上市公司股利分配问题就成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文首先从股利政策定义、类型和理论三个方面对股利政策进行概述;其次针对我国上市公司股利分配现状进行分析,指出股利分配过程中存在的种种不规范现象;再者分析找出造成种种股利分配问题的原因;最后为了能够达到加强优化我国上市公司股利政策的效果,本文从上市公司自身、市场环境和国家法律政策三个角度多方面提出规范我国上市公司股利分配问题的具体对策和建议。

Abstract: In 5>view of the pany's dividend distribution policy in China there are a variety of non-standard problems, and dividend policy as an ponent of corporate financial decision-making, financial activities of panies in our country occupies the important position, therefore, how to regulate and deal with the problem of dividend distribution of panies in our country will e an urgent need to solve the problem. This article first from the definition, types, and dividend policy theory of dividend policy three aspects are summarized; Secondly according to current situation of dividend distribution of panies in China were analyzed, and pointed out that exist in the process of dividend distribution of a variety of non-standard phenomenon; Further analysis to find out the cause of various dividend distribution problems; Finally, in order to reach enhance the effect of the optimal dividend policy of panies in China, this paper panies themselves, market environment and legal policy three Angle of various specifications of dividend distribution of l
