摘 要
对供电企业客户的信用进行科学、客观、公正地评价是供电企业所面临的重要而迫
切的问题。本文采用规范研究和实证研究相结合、定性研究和定量研究相结合、静态分
析和动态分析相结合的方法,在分析了供电企业客户信用评价的各方面因素的基础上,
建立了一套适用于供电企业客户信用评价的指标体系。通过对供电企业客户信用评价指
标体系的分析,本文建立了适用于该指标体系的信用评价模型,并通过实证研究说明了
该指标体系及其模型对于供电企业客户信用评价具有良好的效果,达到了对供电企业客
户信用进行科学、客观、公正评价的目的。

ABSTRACT
It is an urgent and important issue for power supply companies to evaluate the
clients’ credibility in a scientific and objective way. This article aims at establishing an
index system applicable for clients’ credibility assessment based on the analysis of
factors in credibility evaluation. Methodologies in this research paper include the
combination of theoretic study and empirical study, the joint quantitative analysis and
qualitative analysis and the combination of static and dynamic analysis. This paper
creates a model analyzing this index system. It’s proved to be a perfect result applying
this index system and model, and to bring about the desired result.
