I 内容摘要《旅游法》于2013 年4月25日由十二届全国人大常委会第二次会议通过,自201 3 年10月1日实施。《旅游法》的出台实施为进一步维护旅游者和旅游经营者合法权益、规范旅游市场秩序提供了坚实的法律保证,对此旅游市场上会产生一个新的洗牌。改革开放三十多年来,我国的旅行社中,中小型旅行社占大多数,并且在市场竞争中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文从《旅游法》的内容方面入手,主要探讨了其对中小旅行社相关方面的影响, 包括旅行社业、旅行社经营和旅行社从业人员三个方面。以及新形势下中小型旅行社的生存与发展对策。关键词《旅游法》;中小型旅行社;生存与发展;对策 II ABSTRACT "Tourism law" in2013 on April 25, passed by the second session of the twelfth session of the mittee of the National People's Congress, since October 1,2013.
