摘要 Pt/ ,广泛应用于染料、医药、橡胶以及农用化学品等行业。。。采用浸渍法制备了Pt/C催化剂,,考察了反应条件、,结果表明浸渍法制备的3%Pt/C催化剂用于邻硝基甲苯液相催化加氢反应,在50℃、常压条件下邻硝基甲苯的转化率可达lOO%,。%,经减压蒸馏 %。初步探究了催化剂失活原因并采用BET、Ⅺm、Ⅺ谭等表征手段对催化剂的比表面积、晶体结构、活性组分含量等进行了表征,发现导致催化剂在循环使用中失活的毒物可能是反应过程中现场生成的中间产物,并提出了相应的机理来解释催化剂的失活与再生。发现用甲醇洗涤等后处理操作步骤可以使催化剂连续循环使用25次以上,稳定性良好, 。关键词:2一甲基一4一甲氧基苯胺,催化加氢,稳定性,失活,再生 ABSTRACT Synthesis of2一methyl一4一methoxylaniline By Pt/C Catalytic Hydrogenation AB STRACT 2一methyl一4一metho)【ylaniline is an important intemediate in fine chemical industries and mainly used for the synthesis of dyes, phamaceuticals, rubbers and agricultural chemicals. 2-methyl一4一methoxylaniline was mainly synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation witho—nitmtoluene using anoblemetalcatalyst.
