The dynamic performance and the theory and basic law ofthe constant speed control are theoretical and experimental results are construction and working principles ofapower-trans mission test bench and amechanical dynamometer analyzed .Control policy about the mechanical dynamometer is described,then the matching method ofthe control system and the pivotal parameter are gained.
