面向低收入群体的商业模式研究

摘要：面向低收入群体商业模式的研究对于我国经济发展方式的转变,人类社会的可持续发
展有重要意义。借鉴学者们已经提出的商业模式的六要素，在归纳已有研究成果的基础上，
使用多案例研究方法，对面向 BOP 的 5 个典型餐饮连锁企业进行研究。总结归纳出面向生
10 活在城市中的低收入群体商业模式的主要构成要素及框架结构模型。从而使管理者和研究者
对本领域的研究脉络有更加全面的认识，并对设计和创新面向低收入群体的商业模式提供指
导。

Abstract: BOP-oriented business model is important for the transformation of China's economic
development pattern and the sustainable development of human society. Reference herein six elements
of the business model of scholars have proposed, in the induction of existing research results, using
multiple case study approach, the BOP oriented five typical restaurant chain is studied. The article
25 summarizes the main elements of the business model of the BOP groups in the city and the framework
model. As a result, the managers and researchers have a more comprehensive understanding of the
research context of this area, and provide guidance to business innovation and design the business
model.
