摘 要
本文采用文献综述、问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对某某的“英派斯健身俱乐部〞会员的消费现状、影响会员消费的因素等进展分析研究，结论如下：某某会所会员男女比例较均衡，年龄结构不平均，以中青年人为主；某某会所会员月收入水平普遍较高，但在会所的二次消费现象较少；与时吸纳会员的反响城市会所会员的锻炼频率较低； 会所本身的各类服务质量有待提高，应多咨询会员的意见，改善不足之处; 会所内会员的互动活动较少;针对以上会所现阶段经营中的问题，提出积极性建议。
