【摘要】目的 探讨本院512例中老年肺结核患者结核菌株耐药情况。方法 选取2017年3月至2019年3月收治本院的中老年结
核痰培养阳性患者512例，采用比例法进行药敏试验，分析初治与复治患者耐药情况。结果 358例初治中老年结核
%，%，复治患者耐药率高于初治患者(P＜);初治患者中单耐药
率(%)最高，其次耐多药率(%);复治患者中耐多药率(%)最高，其次单耐药率(%);复治患者各类
型耐药率均高于初治患者，有统计学差异(P＜)。结论 我院收治的中老年肺结核患者复治耐药率、耐多药率及
广泛耐药率均高于初治患者，制定个体化治疗方案并坚持结核病治疗原则治疗至关重要。
