创业项目名称衣拉客创业报告院系: 机电工程学院学生姓名: 陈贵贤专业班级: 11级汽车检测与维修二班学号: 2011121062 指导老师: 于景福 2013 年12月摘要在经历了十年高速发展后,我国服装行业进入了调整期,各项经济运行指标或将不再保持过去两位数甚至更高的增速,特别是出口增速必然回落到低位区间。服装行业利润分配格局也将进一步改善。行业将继 2000 年亚洲金融危机结束十年周期性发展历程后,再次经历调整、积累、淘汰和发力的产业演进过程。尽管在指标数据上看,未来一段时间,我国服装行业发展进步速度将放缓,但产业体系的构建、价值体系的重塑、市场体系的完善等,将使服装产业内在素质发生根本变化、得到根本提升,从而完成我国服装产业在国际分工中产业地位的升级,并以此赢取未来发展的契机。行业进入集约化发展阶段,企业集团、产业链集团、品牌集团、跨国集团等大型产业集团群体将迅速发展壮大。以大型产业集团为核心的“星系化”发展模式将对行业未来一段时间的发展和格局重塑,起到明显的推动和调节作用。大型产业集团对中小企业的带动力、引导力加强,甚至将对产业集群格局和产业集群发展模式产生影响。分工进一步深化,市场进一步细分,将真正为中小企业良性发展提供空间。产业国际化进入实操阶段,国际化将深入行业各个环节和领域,并颠覆性地改变中国服装行业形态。国际化将呈现多元化,供应链国际化、研发设计国际化、制造国际化、市场国际化、渠道国际化、品牌国际化、资本国际化、外延服务国际化、人才国际化等等均将作为国际化的手段和方式在行业内爆发式增长。特别是供应链国际化将成为未来一段时间内,行业实现突破的关键点。本着开放的心态,掌控、分配和充分利用国际资源,是未来我国服装行业可持续发展的必然选择。关键词: Abstract After ten years ofrapid development, the adjustment period, China's garment industry the economic operation indicators orwill nolonger remain inthe last two digits even higher growth, especially the export growth will inevitably dipped toalow industry profit distribution pattern will also befurther will bethe end ofthe 2000 Asian financial crisis ten years cyclical development course, again through adjustment, accumulation and elimination and power industry evolution spite ofthe indicators, the future for a period oftime, the development ofChina's garment industry progress speed will slow, but the construction ofindustry system, the reshaping ofthe value system, the perfection ofmarket system and soon, will has brought fundamental changes inthe intrinsic quality ofthe apparel industry, improved root, plete the apparel industry inthe international division oflabor inthe industry status ofthe upgrade, and win the future development opportunities.
