【摘  要】大力发展工业机器人技术是推动我国智能制造业发展的核心要素，优化工业机器人控制系统是工业机器人技术发展的核心。PLC是工业机器人控制系统的关键元部件，其具有良好的控制性能与抗干扰性能。论文以PLC技术在工业机器人中应用的优势作为切入点，分析PLC技术在工业机器人中的具体应用，从而推动工业机器人技术的发展。

【Abstract】Vigorously developing industrial robot technology is the core element to promote the development of China's intelligent manufacturing industry， and optimizing the control system of industrial robot is the core of the development of industrial robot technology. PLC is the key component of industrial robot control system， which has good control performance and anti-interference performance. The paper takes the advantages of applying PLC technology in industrial robot as an entry point to analyze the specific applications of PLC technology in industrial robot， so as to promote the development of industrial robot technology.

1 引言
随着我国机械强国战略的实施，工业机器人成为现代化工业生产中不可或缺的重要技术支撑。通过应用工业机器人不仅可以有效地提升工业生产效率、降低人工劳动量，而且还可以带动整个信息化产业的发展。实践证明，工业机器人的核心要素就是控制系统，而
PLC技术具有可操作性强、编程简单的特点，因此，将PLC技术应用到工业机器人控制系统中是工业机器人发展的关键。现结合多年实践研究，剖析PLC技术在工业机器人控制系统中的具体应用。
2 PLC技术在工业机器人控制系统中的应用
工业机器人控制系统是机器人的重要组成部分，是实现对操作机控制的核心部件。其具有以下功能：记忆功能、与外围设备联系、人机接口、传感器接口位置伺服功能，等等。其工作流程如图1所示。
PLC技术是一项使用方便、操作简单、抗干扰能力强的技术。PLC技术与工业机器人的关系为：PLC是整个工业机器人控制系统的中枢，工业机器人的运行与停止都是由PLC协调控制的。结合实践调查，PLC技术在工业机器人控制系统中的应用主要表现为：①用于开关量控制。PLC技术
