岗位名称：西餐厨房厨师长直接上级：行政主厨
本职工作：主持对西餐厨房的日常管理工作
直接责任：
每日参加厨房部的早例会，记录内容，递交本部门的工作报告，汇报有关食品情况及客人的投诉和要求。
在客人面前保持友好、亲切、整洁的职业形象。
协助行政总厨制XX餐厅菜牌、厨房菜谱及食品价格。
布置工作任务，安排工作细节，并对员工工作给予指导和监督。
安排厨房员工工作时间表，确保合理使用人力，必要时安排员工加班。
监督、检查员工的个人卫生和劳动纪律。
协助行政总厨检验食品质量、制订原料采购计划，确保所有原料在使用过程中没有浪费或损坏等情况。
全面负责所管辖范围内工具、设备、设施的正常使用、清洁和维护保养，以及工作区域的清洁卫生。
定期对下属进行绩效评估，向上级提出奖惩建议，并实施对厨师的技术培训。
