阅读理解题型及解题技巧
●江苏省考试大纲的说明——英语
要求考生读懂书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文段以及公告、说明、广告等。考生应能：
　　 （1）理解主旨和要义；
　　 （2）理解具体信息；
　　 （3）根据上下文推测生词词义；
　　 （4）做出判断和推理；
　　 （5）理解文段的基本逻辑结构；
　　 （6）理解作者的意图和态度；
一．细节理解
●本类试题主要考查学生对阅读材料中的
某一特定细节或文章的主要事实的理解能力。问题包括询问人(who)、物(what)、时间(when)、地点(where)、原因(cause)、结果(effect)、文中的数据(data)等。新闻、说明文、广告信息等常常考查这些细节。
此类试题的答案一般可以在文章中直接或间接找到。
●提问形式
to the passage, who/ what/ which/ when/ where / why / how/ how many/how much/ how long/ how soon/ how often, etc. ?

根据问题确定细节范围，一般而言含有绝对性词语all、 no的选项要排除

二．猜测词义
●此类题主要测试考生以下两种能力：1根据上下文推测和判断生词或短语在阅读材料中的含义
根据上下文判断代词it/this /these /he/they等的指代关系
●提问形式
(1) The word “…” in Line … means/can be best replaced by …
(2) As used in the passage, the phrase “…” suggests…
(3) From the passage, we can infer that the word/phrase “…” is/refers to …
(4) The word “…” is closest in meaning to …
（5）the word “that” in line3 stands for…
●阅读技巧
技巧 1同意解释法
注意that is to say ,in other words , or ,namely, that means等过渡词引出的同义解释；或利用破折号、同位语、定语
