旅游管理专业教育探讨
摘要:本文旨在通过对旅游管理专业教育的研究,指出旅游教育在教学过程中存在问题或是存在该问题的原因并提出了自己的建议,希望对今后的旅游管理教学提供一点参考,使得旅游管理教学系统更加的完善。首先本文阐述了旅游经济带动了旅游教育的产生和发展,并从宏观上阐述了旅游经济的发展情况以及由此产生的旅游管理教育的现状;接着引出了旅游管理教育在实施教学过程中存在着的问题,从而进一步从课程培养的目标,课程的内容,课程的实施,课程的评价,课程的调整等五个方面入手分析了旅游管理教育在教学过程中具体存在什么样的问题或是存在这样问题的原因是什么;最后笔者结合自身求学的经历,采用资料文献法、比较法以及访谈法等研究方法针对每个方面可能存在的问题提出了自己的建议和想法,以供参考。

Abstract: Though the research of the tourism mangagement professional education,the article pionted out the problems of the tourism education or the reason of the also proposed my own suggestion. I hope it can make traveling management teaching system even more the article elaborated the traveling economy has led the traveling education and its pointed out the traveling economy development situation as well as the traveling management the article has drawn out the question which exists in the implementation teaching process,further more the article raised the analyzes of the traveling management education from the aim of curriculum, the curriculum content, the curriculum implementation, the curriculum appraisal, the curriculum adjustment and so on five as" what is the problem and why".Finally the author unifies myself learning experience, used material research techniques and so on literature law, comparison test as well as interview law, proposed myown suggestion and the idea, supplied the reference.

当代旅游业已经发展成为世界规模最大和发展势头最强劲的产业,旅游业发展之快,产业带动力之强,使得许多国家和地区都纷纷把旅游业作为经济发展的重点产业和先导产业。伴随着全球经济的不断发展,人民收入和闲暇时间的增多,交通和通讯技术的不断进步,以及冷战结束后政治隔障的消除等因素,全球旅游产业规模正在加速扩大,参加旅游人数还在继续增加。据世界旅游组织预测:到2010年,全球旅游者将达到100亿人次,其中国际旅游者将达10亿人次;到2020年,全球旅游者将达到160亿人次,其中国际旅游者将达到16亿人次。[1]大众化的旅游时代已经到来,使旅游日益成为现代人类社会主要的生活方式和社会经济活动,旅游业也一起强劲的发展势头而成为全球经济中最具活力的朝阳产业。
在近二十年的发展历程中,中国旅游业取得了令人瞩目的成就,有传统的接待事业一月转变为国民经济的新的增长点,并由过去的单一的观光型旅游发展成为集观光、度假、商务、会展、研修等多功能于一身的复合型旅游。中国旅游业的综合实力已被列为世界第五
