奥迪A4电子燃油喷射系统故障诊断与排除
摘要
电子燃油喷射(Electronic Fuel Injection)系统,是用电子控制器(ECU)控制燃油喷射代替传统化油器的系统,简称为EFI系统。
本文主要介绍了电控燃油喷射系统的组成和工作原理以及常见的故障现象、故障原因、解决方法,电控燃油喷射系统维修实例,电控发动机启动困难分析等。电控燃油喷射系统对电控汽车起着关键性的作用,ECU通过对燃油喷射系统的控制,不断的调节喷油量使其达到最佳的空燃比。电控燃油喷射系统故障主要分为:供油系统故障、点火高压电路故障、其他机械故障等。
本文针对奥迪A4电子燃油喷射系统的一些常见故障实例进行分析和排除,总结电控系统的维修技巧。

Electronic fuel injection ( Electronic Fuel Injection ) system, is the electronic controller ( ECU ) controls the fuel injection instead of traditional carburetor system, referred to as EFI system.
This paper mainly describes the electronic control fuel injection system and the working principle mon faults, fault causes, solutions, electronically controlled fuel injection system of electronic controlled engine repair example, start difficulty analysis. Electronically controlled fuel injection system of electronic control automobile plays a key role, through the ECU for fuel injection system control, continue to regulate the amount of fuel injection to achieve the best air-fuel ratio. Electronic fuel injection system failures are divided into: supply system failure, ignition high-voltage circuit fault, other mechanical faults.
Based on the Audi A4 electronic fuel injection system of mon examples of fault analysis and exclusion, summarizes the control system repair skill.
