摘要

随车起重运输车是指装有随车起重机,能实现货物自行装卸和运输的专用汽车。它既有普通载货汽车的运输功能,又具有起重机的起吊装卸功能;除能完成本车货物的装卸之外,还能完成车与车之间的货物装卸。因此,使用随车起重运输车,可以大大提高运输效率,降低运输成本,减轻疲劳强度,保障作业安全,故近年来得到较大发展。随车起重运输车有良好的起重能力和运输能力,具有轻便、迅速、经济等优点,所以对随车起重车的改装是很重要和实用的。
在本次设计主要是对起重装置的设计、计算、选型和校核及改装后整车的性能计算。起重装置是湖北程力汽车有限公司生产的成品,通过计算完成了对起重机的选型以及改装后对整车性能的分析和校核。同时也完成了对液压装置的设计、计算、选型,二类底盘的选择以及其他一些附件的设计计算。二类底盘采用东风小霸EQ1032T51DJ3型底盘,根据东风小霸王原车规定的技术参数对其进行部分改装。改装后对整个底盘进行了安全性校核。
