摘要
随着科学技术的进步和人们物质生活水平的提高,人类社会对汽车的安全性,特别是制动安全性能提出了越来越高的要求。汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)是一种在制动时能够自动调节车轮制动力,防止车轮抱死以取得最佳制动效果的制动系统。该系统能够有效的缩短制动距离、提高制动时的方向稳定性,对汽车的行驶安全具有重要的意义。
本文首先剖析了防抱死制动系统的控制原理,在此基础上详细介绍了ABS的结构以及各部分的作用和工作原理。同时对ABS控制算法进行了研究,选择了ABS控制器的硬件并设计了ABS控制器的软件。软件核心是单片机。随着功能技术和应用水平的提高,单片机应用研究在ABS领域将进一步深入。本文研究了以高性能单片机为核心的ABS控制器的开发思路和设计方法。
总之,研究结果可以看出逻辑门限值方法用于汽车防抱死制动系统不仅具有理论意义,而且具有实用价值,是一种简单、方便、具有较好操纵性、制动性,并且有较好适应性的方法。进一步的研究工作一定要继续开展下去。

ABSTRACT
Along with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, the safety of human society, especially for automobile braking safety performance is put forward higher request. Auto anti-lock braking system (ABS) is a braking which can automatically adjust the wheel braking force, prevent from achieving the best wheel lock braking brake system. This system can effectively shorten braking distance, improve the direction of braking stability, it has an important significance to cars.
This paper analyzes the control principle of ABS, on the basis of detail introducing the structure and ABS parts and working principle. For ABS control algorithm is studied, and the choice of hardware and the design of ABS controller was ABS controller software. Software is the core chip. With the function of raising the level of technology and application research on ABS, puter application fields will further researche on the performance. This is the core of ABS controller chip development train of thought and design method.
