辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第I页φ 3600 × 13000 混合机摘要混合机在现代工厂中起着越来越重要的作用,它将配好的混合料混匀、润湿、制粒, 使之达到成分均匀、水分适中、通气性良好的要求。为实现烧结原料的组分均匀, 取得最佳制粒效果, 本次设计的混合机在参考鞍钢烧结厂混合机的基础上,设计出了更为实用、新型的混合机,并且结构简单,使用寿命长,混料均匀,无粘结现象发生,成型性能好,非常适合于烧结厂中使用。本设计根据设备的生产率,选择了合适的电机,减速器,传动齿轮等部件,并且对选择的联轴器、液力耦合器、轴承等主要零部件进行了校核。最后对混合机的安装、维护等方面做了相当的介绍。本次设计出的混合机安装维护方便,操作简单,成本低廉,是一部值得推广的烧结设备。关键词:混合机,齿轮传动,烧结设备辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第 II页 Mixer φ 3600 × 13000 Abstract Ina modern factory m ixe r play s an increasingly important role, it will mix es with good mixing, wetting, granulation, to achieve position, moderate water, good ventilation requirements.
