模糊PID控制在直流调速系统中的应用
摘 要
本设计将PID控制和模糊控制相结合,解决了直流调速系统中的一些问题。首先对直流电动机的PID控制进展仿真,通过调整PID参数,可以获得预期的控制效果。然后分析了直流电动机的模糊自整定控制,仿真结果明确该控制器性能好,不仅具有良好的动、静品质,且具有较强的抗干扰能力。针对工程上通常采用的直流调速系统,本设计详细地分析了双闭环直流调速系统的PID控制,分别对系统的电流环、转速环的动态性能、抗干扰性能进展仿真。PID控制器虽然结构简单,但在克制较大扰动影响,提高系统动态品质等方面并非最优,光靠调整PID参数难以获得满意的控制效果。因此,设计了模糊控制器并对双闭环直流调速系统进展仿真。通过与传统PID控制进展比拟,发现模糊控制可以大大提高控制效果,具有抗扰性能强,系统响应速度快,动态性能好等优点。

The Application of Fuzzy PID Controller in DC Speed Regulation System
Abstract
This design solved some problems in DC speed regulation system by the bination of PID control and fuzzy control. First, PID control of DC motor was simulated by adjusting the PID parameters and can obtain the desired control effect. Then this design analyzed fuzzy self-tuning control of DC motor. The simulation result shows that the controller is better characterized not only by its qualities of better dynamical and situational but also anti-disturbance ability and adaptability to the changing parameters. For the ordinary DC speed regulation in engineer, the design illustrated in detail the PID control of the double close loop DC speed regulation system. The characteristics of the dynamics and anti-disturbance of circle and speed loops were simulated it has simply constructure, PID controller is not the best to get better control performance only by regulating parameters, such as to overe larger disturbance to improve dynamic quality. Accordingly, the design illustrated the application of fuzzy control in the double close loop DC speed regulation system. pared with traditional PID control, it is found that control effects have been greatly improved by fuzzy control, with characterized by its stronger anti-disturbance, quick response and good dynamics.
