摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,工程机械市场的需求不断增大,从而配套的机器维修产品也急切需要得到创新和改进。许多工程机械像卡车、载重车、各类军车、集装箱卡车、槽车、大客车、矿车、自卸车、拖拉机、各种专用车辆在野外作业是很容易出现故障的,其中一些故障像轮胎破裂和螺母松动这样的情况,就需要马上对此机械进行维修,但是请专门的服务人员来维修又有诸多不便,为了满足市场的需求,本课题研究的是一种能够快速拧松(紧)螺母的增力机构——行星式卸胎器。本文在分析比较多种常见的增力机构的优缺点后而改进一种增力机构(行星轮系增力机构)而成的。该机构采用的是行星轮系结构,体形小巧,效率高,携带方便,传递功率范围大等优点,具有很好的实用性,可以很方便为每个用户的车上配备一个,特别是广大农村地区,这些地方的车辆很少会去专门的服务机构进行保养,由于农村路况恶劣,农用车在路上颠簸使得车子螺母很容易松动,从而导致种种故障,卸胎器就能在这些故障当中起到一定的作用,可以说这里的市场是很广阔的。随着人们对行星传动技术进一步完善,这方面的应用前景更加广泛。本文对传动路线的选择及结构设计校核进行了详细的计算说明,并利用pro/E完成了虚拟样机的设计。随后通过原理仿真对其合理性与可行性进行了验证,取得了良好的效果。
