摘要工业生产需要安全、可靠的自动控制系统,如何设计先进的控制器/控制器算法是控制理论研究者和I>lk控制工程师们的一项重要工作。当前,控制理论界的研究重点,主要集中在控制器设计、系统辨识以及控制系统的鲁棒性研究等方面,一般较少对控制器的性能品质进行讨论。事实上,很多控制器在运行时难以达到设计初的性能要求。在工业/电厂生产过程中,通过底层DCS采集到厂级信息监测系统SIS服务器中的实时运行数据日益受到人们的关注。通过分析这些数据,得到成熟的控制器性能评估方法是本文研究的主要内容。本文以Harris提出的基于最小方差控制的评估理论和时间序列分析为依据, 给出了热工过程中单变量控制、串级控制以及多变量控制回路的性能评估方法, 并将该评估方法结合数据挖掘技术应用于电厂SIS系统进行了初步探讨。关键词:性能评估,最小方差控制,时间序列分析,数据挖掘,SIS ABSTRACT Industrial production cries for secure design ofadvanced controllers haslargely upied theresearchers and engineers’, theresearch ofengineering domain mainly focuses on model identification,design of controllerand robustness has been done totheperformance assessment oftherunning fact,many running controllers cannot achieve thedesign theconrse ofindustrial or power plant production, routine operating data intheSIS server from DCS have increasingly caused the technicians’ how tomake use ofthem and educe mature methods of performance assessment isthemain job ofthispaper thatbased on time series analysis andminimum variance controlproposed by Harris.
