摘要
本文对16-18碳脂肪醇4一聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酷(以下简re is 1000C，reaction perdurability
is 3hrs, the reactants adding time is lhr, N2 is led to the reaction system
while esterification reacting; the hydrolyzing water capacity is water
during the hydrolysis: phosphorus o*ychloride is 2:1, hydrolysis
temperature is 60'C， hydrolysis time is 2hrs. Water or 30% hydrogen
pero*ide can be used for hydrolysis method while hydrolyzing. The
resultant will be neutralized to pH=6~7 by及C03. The product's color is
white, wa* solid，the content of mono-ester, di-ester and tri-ester is
suitable to washing and cosmetic vocation. Second, physical chemical
property and performance inde* of the product synthelized are inspected
under the optimum condition: the content of mono-ester, di-ester and
tri-ester and phosphoric acid, acid value, pH, critical micelle
concentration, Krafft temperature, smelting point, surface
tension,emulsifying ability, foaminess, wetting power, dispersancy and so
on. Finally, the application of the product is researched, and the reactant's
emulsifiable solution capability testing is conducted, which shows that
the stability is better with washing nature.
