内容摘要:随着改革开放的进一步发展,银川市酒店如雨后春笋般迅速发展,在硬件设施不断提升的同时,软件设施的建设也更为重要,而人才作为酒店最重要的软件设施,发展则相对滞后,吸引高素质人才显得尤为重要,关系到酒店业的生存和发展。 酒店企业“金字塔”式的管理模式已经不适应市场竞争的要求,相比较而言,酒店人才的管理水平无论是在理论层面还是在实践层面均较为落后,特别是酒店这样一个劳动密集型的行业。传统的“金字塔”式管理模式已经不能够满足酒店企业市场竞争的要求。在此背景下,本文试着分析银川市柏悦酒店人力资源管理中存在的问题,并据此提出一些对策。
