乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术的应用.doc乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术的应用摘要: 目的: 探讨乳腺良性肿块采用微创旋切术的治疗效果。方法: 乳腺良性肿瘤女性病例 120 例为研究组,行微创旋切术, 2013 年 12月1 日至 201 4年9月30 日日间行开放手术的乳腺良性肿块病例 120 例为对照, 比较两组手术情况、并发症及乳房变形率。结果: 研究组患者术中出血量、术后瘢痕大小均显著小于对照组, 手术时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组, 两组间数据比较具有统计学差异( P< ) 。研究组患者术后并发症发生率和乳房变形率均显著低于对照组,两组间数据比较具有统计学差异( P< ) 。结论:采用巴德 Encor 微创旋切术切除乳腺良性肿块具有较好的临床效果, 具有创口小、出血量少、手术时间短、术后瘢痕短、住院时间短、并发症少及乳房变形率低等优点。关键词:乳腺良性肿块,微创旋切术,治疗效果 Abstract : Objective : To investigate the benign breast masses using minimally invasive operation treatment effect. Methods : 120 cases of benign breast tumor in women as the study group for minimally invasive operation , cases breast benign masses from December 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014 during the day and open surgery in 120 cases as control group , compared two groups of operation , complications and breast deformation rate.
