应用项目管理理念提高中医临床研究课题质量

摘要: 科学研究质量的控制是其成果产出的保障。如何控制课题研究过程中的各种影响因素, 以确保课题
按设计思路完成, 并取得理想的结果是课题成功的关键。应用项目管理理念对课题研究进行质量控制, 从而减少
不良因素影响, 增强研究人员对课题实施的依从性, 确保课题按要求完成是经实践证明行之有效的方法。
