硅酸盐学报· 1420 ·2010年高定向ZnO纳米棒阵列膜的制备及其光学性能王艳坤1,2,张建民1,李恒1(1. 郑州大学化学系,郑州 450001;2. 河南教育学院化学系,郑州 450014) 摘要:采用阴极恒电位沉积方法,在Zn(NO)溶液中,用六亚甲基四胺作为形貌控制试剂,直接在氧化铟锡玻璃衬底上制备出透明致密的ZnO纳米棒阵列膜。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能量色散谱表征了薄膜的形貌和结构,测量了ZnO纳米棒阵列膜的光学透射谱和光致发光谱。结果表明:所制备的具有c轴高度择优取向的ZnO纳米棒为高纯单晶纤锌矿结构,粒径约为200nm,膜的结晶度和表面平整度明显提高。ZnO薄膜在可见光区具有高透射率(>80%)和陡峭的吸收边缘,室温光致发光谱显示,在380nm处存在一个尖锐的强紫外发射峰和在510nm处存在一宽带弱绿光发射峰。关键词:氧化锌;纳米棒;电沉积;六亚甲基四胺;硝酸锌溶液中图分类号:O642 文献标志码:A 文章编号:0454–5648(2010)08–1420–06 FABRICATION AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF HIGHLY ORIENTED ZnO NANOROD ARRAY FILMS WANG Yankun1,2,ZHANG Jianmin1,LI Heng1(1. Department of Chemistry, Henan Institute of Education, Zhengzhou 450014, China) Abstract: Transparent pact ZnO nanorod array films were fabricated on indium tin oxide glass substrate by a potentiostatic electrodeposition method in Zn(NO3)2 solution using adding etramine as shape control agent. The morphology and structure of the ZnO films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy, transmittance and photoluminescence spectra of the ZnO films were measured. The results indicate that the as-synthesized ZnO nanorod films with high c-axis preferred orientation possess a high-quality single-crystal wurtzite structure, their average grain di-ameter is about 200nm, and the crystalline degree
