摘要: 本文通过考察美国阿拉斯加州具有多元文化与充权色彩的乡村治理方案、加拿大纽布朗斯维克省充满
实验性质的/ 新乡村地区治理模式 0以及欧盟研究中心对欧洲乡村治理经验的比较, 归纳出中国当前乡村治理
所要强调的落实地方分权、尊重多元文化、增加地方居民参与基层政策决策机制以及凝聚力与动员乡村社区资
本等建议。
