    生姜辣素对心脏、心血管有刺激作用，可以加速血液流动，促使排汗，带走体内多余的热量，具有排毒、养颜、减肥的作用。以香醋浸姜制成的保健醋，酸中带姜香，饭前用能开胃，助消化，软化血管，所以受到许多人的喜爱。

     生姜治牙痛：当发生牙痛时，可取生姜一片，咬在牙痛处，即能缓解。如有必要，重复使用更好。
　　生姜防冻疮：对容易发生冻疮的皮肤，若用生姜汁反复涂擦，能增加抗寒能力，从而避免产生冻疮。
　　生姜治关节疼痛：口服适量生姜，或用生姜汁擦患处，均能使关节活动改善，疼痛明显减轻，肿胀与僵硬症状减少。
　　生姜治伤风感冒：可把生姜切丝，加入红糖煎汤，趁热服用之后，盖上被子发汗，能很快痊愈。
　　生姜治外伤出血：将生姜烧焦研末，对伤口消毒以后，撒于患处，可迅速止血，并能减少疼痛。
