MotionView 在悬架关联性分析中的应用 MotionView Application in Suspension Correlation

摘要:虚拟样机技术是当今先进的机械设计、分析理念和发展方向,随着计算机硬件和软 件技术的不断发展,以多体系统动力学为核心的虚拟样机动态仿真技术逐步应用到汽车设计 中。它大大缩短了汽车研发周期、降低开发成本、提高产品设计和制造质量。悬架系统部件 之间的运动关系十分复杂,对整车操纵稳定性和平顺性起到关键作用。本文采用多体动力学 软件 MotionView 搭建某车型悬架多体动力学模型,采用其 MotionSolve 对模型进行仿真求 解,并对计算结果和试验数据进行关联性分析,为底盘调校提供依据。 关键词: 虚拟样机,悬架系统,MotionView,实验数据 Abstract: Virtual Product Development is modern advanced mechanic design, analysis method and developing orientation. It is an available and reliable method in exploiting and improving vehicle suspension and whole vehicle. Along with the developing puter’s capability and the popularity of CAD, application of virtual prototype technology and method e more beneficial, and is used to development of the vehicle, which decreases the time of development, increases efficiency and precision, and detracts develop cost.
